The journey during the car was so nostalgic and majestic. It was so fun filling and beautiful, as the whole trip went by watching the views and the breathtaking beauties.

The Charm of Jaipur:

The Pink City:

As soon as I stepped in the City Jaipur, I was welcomed by the striking buildings which was painted pink in 1876 to welcomed the prince Albert, still this tradition has been followed by the locals. I started walking through the structured huge pink walls of the Jaipur which told me the history and the taste of the surrounding. There were alot of small vendors, selling fruits, flowers and handicrafts of the Jaipur.

I explored the small market vibrantly and got lost within the aroma in the beginning of my trip to The Pink City.

Exploring Jaipur’s Royal Heritage

Hawa Mahal: The Palace of Winds

Now the my first destination to visit was the Hawa Mahal, an iconic monument with its unique design left me untouched. The view was so memorable and its honeycomb texture with 953 small windows was so royal and rich. I explored the hawa Mahal from the beginning to the top, the feeling when I went at the top of the Hawa Mahal was so majestic and awesome. I could observe the whole street just by standing at the top.

Amber Fort: A Majestic Marvel

Next I tried to explore an massive fort known as the Amber Fort. As it is located at the top of the hill, I got a chance to get the elephant ride. The elephant carried me and left me on the top of the hill, the feeling was so memorable and an unforgettable highlight of my journey. I got excited by watching the mysterious mirror works and the simple architects the fort had. When the evening came, I enjoyed the sound and light show which held every day in the evening. The enjoyment was out of the world.

City Palace: Royal place

Now I visited the City Palace, an home to Royal Family. When I explored it I found it an beautiful blend of Mughal and Rajasthani architecture. It displayed me the royal artifacts, weapons and clothing, that gave me an glimpse into the royal history of Jaipur. The main highlight in the City palace was the peacock Gate, which was next level. I liked it so much as it represents the all four seasons.

Jantar Mantar: A Window to the Stars

After an short rest from City Palace, I visited the Jantar Mantar, an ancient observatory filled with large instruments used to measure time and predict eclipses. I left amazed after exploring the majestic instruments stored in the Jantar Mantar.

Cuisine I tried in Jaipur:

After exploring and visiting Some of Jaipur's Famous places, I'd like to eat some local dishes which was rich in the Jaipur's culture. Let's take a look ony cuisines highlights:

Local Delicacies:

Firstly I tried Jaipur's Rajasthani Thali. It included a variety of local dishes of rajasthan. My personal favourite was the Dal Baati Churma, an signature dish made of baked dough balls, lentils and more. Next highlight was the Lal Maas, a spicy mutton enriched with spicy red chillies. I liked it's bold and spicy flavouring.

Chokhi Dhani

After giving my tummy some flavourful savory, I decided to visit Choka Dhani, it is an Full traditional rajasthani village themed resort. I enjoyed alot of starters and meals there and there after I enjoyed the folk dances, puppet shows and I tried some of the traditional games. This evening also went majesticly good.

Shopping in Jaipur

After exploring Popular monuments and foods, I went out for shopping as for girls, without shopping nothing is complete. Let's know about some local bazaars of Jaipur that I loved.

Johari Bazar:

First i explored the Johari Bazar, popularly known for its exquisite Jewelleries. I visit the Johari Bazar to explore some new designs of jewelry like kundan and meenakari designs. I also bought two-three sets of jewelry and they're obviously worth it.

Bapu Bazaar:

Lastly I visit the Bapu Bazaar for its Textiles and Handicrafts. I got my hands on colorful tie dye fabrics, embroidered fabrics and good leather of handcrafted. My experience in this Bazaar was mild as there were not so much things that you can buy.

Experiencing Jaipur’s Culture

Rajasthani Folk Music and Dance

One of the most common experience in my trip was witnessing the traditional Rajasthani folk dance, folk musics and the Dance performances. The soulful melodies of sarangis and the energetic folk dance were deeply rooted.

Celebrating the Festivals

Festivals and Jaipur are kind of made for each other, as during Festivals the people of Jaipur celebrated it as it's for the whole world. Luckily I visited the Jaipur during Teen. On Teej festival, women were dressed in their finest clothes and celebrated it by dancing and prayers for marital bliss. Next highlight is the Gangaur, it is celebrated in Rajasthan in the union of Lord Shiva and Parvati with an huge vibrant celebration.

Best Time to Visit Jaipur

If you're ever visiting Jaipur, the best ideal months to explore Jaipur is from October to March as during these months, the weather is pleasant and ideal for sightseeing. Winters are decent and perfect for enjoying everything that jaipur offers you. As in summers the temperature soars above 40°C, and by this you'll not be able to explore the Nature and sightseeing of Jaipur.

Final Thoughts

In the End of my journey to Jaipur, I was an enchanting mix of its history, culture, traditions and ofcourse stunning beauty. The beautiful forts and sightseeing got myself melted. The delicious street foods of Jaipur left me with unforgettable memories and taste. I hope I'll get my reunion to explore even more of the treasures and new cultures of Rajasthan aka Jaipur.
