As i got an opportunity to get my turn of blessings, I went there and my whole experience was in the top of my heart. Khatu Shyam will be my one of the most devotional journey throughout my life.

He promised him that he must fight in Mahabharata. But after when he got tested the result was that his dedication must bring him in an downfall by both the sides. By this, lord Krishna wanted his head as an sacrifice. Barbarik was so generous that he agreed to gave lord Krishna his head. After exploring this devotion towards him, lord Krishna gave him an Avatar, that during the Kalyug time, he'll be praised by the people of kalyug by the me Shyam.

Later, the head of Barbarik was located in the Khatu village, and the shrine was erected at the location of the find. Thousands of followers visit this site, now known as Khatu Shyam Ji, in search of the man's blessings.

To start my journey, I decided to travel my trip by the roadside. I preferred driving to rajasthan as it went to an memorable visit by exploring the lovely rural areas and the views of rajasthan. I went enjoyed throughout the journey by watching the natural beauty of khatu and rajasthan. As soon as I arrived in khatu, I could sense the belongingness and the devotion with the people had come here to meet their blessings. Devotees were singing prayers, temple bells were running, Prasad was given, everything was so relieved and majestic.

Blessings at Khatu Shyam ji  temple:

When i came to Khatu, I was astounded by the temple's outside view, as it was so awesome and traditional. It was having an serene atmosphere. As soon as I entered the Shrine, I could feel the energetic wave and the devotion of the people, everything was so religious and spiritual. The moment I saw Khatu Shyam Ji's Idol I went unfelt, as it was an meticulous attention that I had during my journey. People were waiting for their turns, maintaing an pace with Everyone. Devotees and pandits were chanting mantras, some of them were singing the prayers creating an beautiful atmospheric nature.

With an great dedication, when I entered in the line, the priests were so friendly that they were distributing the fruits and Prasad line wise accordingly. They were carring ceremonies wisely. As when my turn came, I stood infront of the Khatu Shyam ji Idol and the feeling was so majestic by watching and staring at them for hours. My mind got filled with the peace I had. I blessed with darshan of khatu shyam ji.it is a spiritual journey of faith in Baba khatu Shyam Ji. I fee to connect with the atmosphere inside the temple, that was amazing.

My Major attraction apart from Shyam Temple:

Being temple as an Great attraction, there are also various other side places that everyone can visit and they're surely worth it:

• Shyam kund:

 In Shyam kund, the head of Barbarik was found. Before getting entered in the Khatu temple, devotees and people immerse themselves in this sacred water, as per their meaning, they believe that by this they gets an pure vibe and they get ready for an spiritual encounter.

• Shyam Bagicha:

It is believed that Barbarik have meditated in Shyam Bagicha, it is an ideal and huge garden near the Khatu Temple. I went there and I explored the shyam Bagicha till the evening after encountering the Khatu temple.

• Gourishankar Temple:

 

Gouri Shankar temple is dedicated to the Lord Shiva and located near Khatu shrine. I visited this temple and it gives me an great state of mind as it the feeling was so authentic and the energetic vibe of lord shiva was coming to me. It is very beautiful temple you must visit if you planning to visit khatu shyam ji. 

• Jal Jilani Baori: 

After the Khatu Shyam temple, Jal jilani Baori is an historical major attractions to the tourist. I explored the  Baori and get an Holy fil since it is thought to have a healing effects. When I get out of the jilani Baori, I could feel the spiritual silence and the relaxed state of mind.

• Khatu Shyam Ji Fair:

Apart from Khatu Shyam ji Temple, I visited the Phalguna Mela which is usually set in (February to March), was an beautiful attraction of the day. In the Phalguna Mela everyone was getting in the vibe of local love and peace, they style their outfits and got an good state of mind. I could feel the freshness in the Event. The fair was so rich in handicrafts, folk dances, folk musics and an affordable atmosphere that truly shows the unstoppable rajasthani culture in an tangy manner.

Old famous street foods:

After exploring the vibrant pilgrims in Khatu, I decided to try some of the famous street foods of Khatu Shyam Ji. My First impression was the "Kadhi kachori". It is an basic and a vibrant snacks served in a Dip of curry, the combination was insane, the Salt and spices were on top. I personally liked it so much.

After trying The famous kadhu kachori, I visited the "Om restaurant" located near the Shyam ji Temple. I entered in it and the vibe was so vibrant. I ordered an Typical Dosa and their famous veg Thali. The dosa tasted just like the south indian one, and the Veg thali includes more than 3-4 curries, naan, salads and much more, It tasted so authentic, it reminded me of the old tradition times. My experience about the food was gone insanely good!

Ending of the journey:

I will never forget the very spiritual experience I had during my visit to Khatu Shyam Ji. The trip was especially remarkable because of the temple's heavenly air as well as its extensive history and folklore. I came away with a sense of tranquillity because of the serene surroundings, the people's devotion, and the pleasant atmosphere.
